FIELD: electrochemical processing.
SUBSTANCE: electrochemical processing of hydraulic pockets in spherical parts. Device comprises a body with holes spaced at regular intervals forming a cavity filled with hydroplastic. Inside the cavity, electrode-tools are located coaxially with the holes. The device is equipped with a system of automatic stabilization of the interelectrode gap and position control of the electrode tools. The body is made of two parts in the form of hemispheres, each of which consists of two casings, the space between which is filled with said hydroplastic, and comprises electrolyte inlet and outlet pipes. Three support rods are built into the bottom of the housing, one of which is an electrode connected to the positive pole of the current source. The tops of the rods are located in the same plane in the lower part of the body with a step of 120° along the horizontal plane. The electrode-tools are placed in the body in two planes with a step of 30° and along the horizontal plane with a step equal to one third of the radius of the workpiece. Plungers with screw drive are located in the outer walls of the body parts. The electrode-tools are adapted for using replaceable nozzles.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to form any spatially complex pockets on the surface of parts of the ball type while increasing the productivity of processing and the quality of the surface being machined due to non-contact control of the removal depth, as well as increasing the reliability of the device due to automatic process control.
