FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical treatments, in particular to electrochemical removal of nicks, polishing and finishing of parts with profiled surfaces. Device comprises split body of electric insulated material, made of two parts - cathode and anode ones, which are connected via electrodes to external sources of process current, input and outlet nozzle for provision of electrolyte circulation. Treated part is installed into anode part of body via insulator with gap relative to electrode-cathode from 0.01 to 0.1 mm, comparable to fine irregularities of treated surface and gap relative to electrode-anode, exceeding gap relative to electrode-cathode 10-20 times. On contact surface of electrode-cathode there is a hydraulically permeable screen arranged, and on outer side of cathode part of body there is a piezoceramic transducer of high frequency oscillations installed from 10 to 12 kHz. Water is used as electrolyte, and hydraulically permeable screen is arranged, for instance in the form of metal mesh.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and quality of metal part profiled surfaces treatment and to reduce hazardous emissions to atmosphere.
