FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compensating devices for pipelines and can be used in pneumatic and hydraulic systems of any sphere of machine building. Bellows compensator includes two bellows, flanges, an adapter and two hollow cylindrical inserts equipped with annular spherical ledges at one end. One end of the bellows is rigidly connected to the corresponding flange, and the other end is rigidly connected to the adapter located between the bellows. Cylindrical part of inserts is coaxially located inside bellows. Ledge of first insert is located inside adapter provided with inner cylindrical surface, diameter of which is equal to outer diameter of ledge arranged in it. Ledge of second insert is located inside second flange provided with inner cylindrical surface, diameter of which is equal to outer diameter of ledge arranged in it. Cylindrical part of the first insert is rigidly connected to the first flange, and cylindrical part of the second insert is rigidly connected to the adapter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of working medium flow temperature without increase of compensator dimensions, in improvement of gas-dynamic characteristics of compensator.
