FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spacecraft (SC) equipment, particularly, to solar panel panels to be opened. Device is made in the form of cables harness, which central part is coaxial to axis of mutual rotation of movable structural elements (PEC). One end of this part of braid is rigidly fixed on one of PEC, and other – on other PEC. In open position of PEC cables of bundle lie in one plane, and in folded position of PEC – twisted (at an angle of about 180°). Latter creates torque facilitating opening of PEC.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design of electrical connection between PEC, reduction of moment of resistance to opening and weight of device.
