FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a group of inventions under the name of a device for changing speed in a flow passage for a control valve. Control valve comprises valve body having flow passage and neck; control element located in valve body; valve seat, located in valve body near the neck; a retainer attached to one end of the control element, comprising a body portion having a longitudinal axis, an upper surface and a lower surface. Lower surface has a first portion extending parallel to the longitudinal axis and a second portion extending at an angle from the first portion, wherein said angle is greater than 60°, but less than 90° relative to longitudinal axis, and second section directly intersects with first section. Sealing member is located between the retainer upper surface and the control member, wherein the second portion of the lower surface extends between the first portion and the sealing member radially upward at an angle, converging with the sealing member in a first position. Control member is made with possibility of movement in longitudinal direction in valve body, to introduce sealing element into contact with valve seat in closed position, which prevents flow of fluid medium through neck, and in closed position second section and inner surface of valve seat are separated from each other by gap. Device for changing speed in flow channel allows control element of control valve to work quite close to seat ring, at the same time reducing or eliminating limited areas of flow, which leads to significantly reduced fluctuations of flow rate between sealing element and saddle ring.
EFFECT: as a result, sealing element made of relatively soft materials can be used without danger of damage due to high flow rates.
