SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, clinical laboratory diagnostics and hematology. Blood is taken into a test tube with 3.8% sodium citrate in a ratio of 9:1, divided into plasma and erythrocytes to obtain platelet-rich and platelet-poor plasma by centrifugation at 1500 rpm for 7 minutes and centrifuging the remaining blood in the tube at 3000 rpm for 15 minutes. The supernatant is collected and the size of the aggregates is determined individually for the patient, with graphical registration within 5 minutes. For this, at 37°C, an inducer of platelet aggregation collagen is added to the platelet suspension in a ratio of 2: 1, 2 mcmol/l at 10 seconds, 1, 2, 3 and 4 minutes of graphic registration. Then, at each 1, 2, 3 and 4 minutes of the study, the stirring speed is changed from 800 rpm to 0 rpm and then again 800 rpm, and according to the aggregate size curve on the laser aggregometer, platelet aggregate sizes are obtained in the range from 4, 8 to 25 relative units (rel. units).

EFFECT: high precision reveals high residual platelet reactivity in patients with chronic heart failure receiving antiplatelet therapy cardiomagnyl 75 mg for 6 months.
