FIELD: fire-extinguishing devices.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to modern innovative means of preventing and extinguishing fires at various objects of industry and national economy, namely, to a thermally activated self-actuating granular fire extinguishing agent of the combined gas-aerosol principle of action, a method for producing granules and fire extinguishing compositions, products, generators, devices, installations and fire extinguishers based on such granules. The fire-extinguishing granule of the combined principle of action contains microcapsules with a core of a fire-extinguishing substance located inside a shell made of a cured spatially cross-linked polymer material. The microcapsules are placed in a protective-activating shell with an aerosol-generating composition at the following ratio of components, wt.%: microcapsules 30-40, aerosol-generating composition 50-60, protective-activating shell 10-20. The granule has the ability of explosive destruction in the range of 150-350°C. The external diameter of the granule is in the range from 500 to 1500 mcm. To obtain a fire-extinguishing granule, an aerosol-generating composition is prepared. Dried at a temperature of 60-80°C the oxidizer is crushed for at least 24 hours at 30-50 rpm and at a pressure of 3-5 kg/cm2. The resulting fine suspension of the oxidizer is sieved, loaded into the reactor with a flow rate of 2-3 kg/min at a speed of rotation of the reactor blades of 50-60 rpm. At the same time, a cementator solution consisting of a mixture of 50-60% solvent and 40-50% membrane-forming agent is sprayed into the reactor. As the mixture thickens, the mixing speed is lowered to 20-30 rpm. The resulting solution is fed with microcapsules of 1-2 kg per minute. The resulting raw material is mixed and the speed is reduced to 3-5 rpm. From the formed raw material at a pressure of 2.0-3.0 atm, a preform of granules of a given diameter and length is squeezed out. The resulting granule preforms are dried, cut into the specified sizes and sprayed with a protective-activating shell - layer with a mixture of 40-50% solvent and 50-60% membrane-forming agent. The finished granules are dried for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 30-50°C. A fire-extinguishing product containing fire-extinguishing granules is made in the form of a fire-extinguishing cord, the braid of which contains a sealed briquette with a fire-extinguishing granule of the combined principle of action, or in the form of a fire-extinguishing generator consisting of a heat-resistant case, in which a sealed briquette with a fire-extinguishing granule of the combined principle of action and an orienting spray are placed, or in the form of a fire extinguisher consisting of a heat-resistant case, in which a sealed briquette with a fire-extinguishing granule of the combined principle of action is placed, orienting sprayer and activator.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of fire extinguishing of fire sources in the protected volumes at earlier stages, maintaining the product's operability in conditions of high humidity.
