FIELD: repair of pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of pipelines and manifold by assembling and installing inner case. Plastic tubing, bushings, latches, tips with freely rotating shanks and ropes are used for assembly of the case, the ends of ropes are fixed in the shanks. Tubing are made in the form of ring segments and provided with holes for connection of adjacent tubing in length and in annular segments. Holes in rear and conical holes in front shelves are coaxial. Sleeves have through prismatic hole and outer surface of two parts – conical for installation in holes of front shelves and prismatic. Latches consist of head and working parts. Head part is made in form of wrench for interaction with prismatic part of external surface of bushings. Working part is equipped with lateral limiters located at distance from each other to ensure tight closure of front and rear shelves of adjacent tubing. Each tip is equipped with a spring-loaded stop in the form of a wedge. Lateral surface of tips is made prismatic, repeating shape of through holes in bushings. Rings from tubing are assembled by connection of their side edges by means of holes in side flanges. Then bushings are installed into holes of tubing of one of rings. Latches are put on bushings and arranged in open position. Rings are joined by passing tips through bushings and holes in flanges of tubing before actuation of stop. Latches are changed to "closed" position by turning the shank relative to axis by connecting adjacent rings along the length. Operations are repeated until receiving the case of required length. Ropes are tightened and fixed.
EFFECT: less time and actions are required to fix tubing.
