FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of assembly of inner case for repair of linear structure, in particular, underground and/or underwater linear engineering structures. Disclosed is a plastic tubing for making an inner case for repairing a linear structure, a method of making a case and a case made using such a method. Plastic tubing is made in form of ring segment having front edge, rear edge, left edge and right edge equipped with shelves, namely front flange and rear flange, and end flanges, namely, left end flange and right end flange, respectively, located on their outer surface along perimeter. Its outer surface is provided with stiffness ribs arranged in several rows between said front and rear flanges. Said front and rear flanges and said stiffening ribs are provided with holes arranged coaxially so, to provide connection of adjacent tubing in length. Note here that holes in said front and rear flanges have larger diameter than those in said stiffness ribs. Said left and right end flanges are equipped with holes arranged so that to enable connection of tubing in ring segments of larger size. Rear flanges and right end flanges of the above tubing are provided with clips, arranged so that when the clip is passed into the coaxial hole of the opposite flange of the attached tubing, its spring elements when the holes are placed on the input are pressed in the direction of the axis when the side projections of the spring elements interact with the inner surface of the holes, and with full passage of clip through hole spring ledges are released in direction from axis, and their lateral projections are located after output of side hole, preventing axial movement in reverse direction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labor-intensiveness of assembly of plastic tubing case.
