SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create stable and efficient energy sources for modern low-power sensors, transducer and lighting panels. Invention relates to organic compounds, semiconductor materials based on said compounds and perovskite solar batteries based on said materials. According to the invention, a charging-transporting layer for polymer-based solar cells is proposed, which is a conjugated polymer of the general formula pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione and 2,1,3-benzoxadiazole.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce perovskite solar cells having high operational stability and good photovoltaic characteristics.
