FIELD: solar power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of solar power engineering, namely to photoelectric converters based on semiconductor materials of a perovskite type. A photovoltaic device contains following layers: 0 – substrate and/or a barrier layer protecting other layers from mechanical impacts, effect of moisture and air oxygen; 1 – a semitransparent hole-collecting electrode; 2 – a hole-selective layer; 3 – a photoactive perovskite layer; 4 – an electron-selective layer; 5 – an electron-collecting electrode; 6 – substrate and/or a barrier layer protecting other layers from mechanical impacts, effect of moisture and air oxygen. The electron-selective layer includes tungsten oxide WOx as a single or one of several components, where x is from 2.5 to 3.0.
EFFECT: invention allows for provision of long-term operational stability of perovskite solar batteries of p-i-n configuration, as well as high performance of photovoltaic devices of >18.4%.
