FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to copper alloy pipe and method of its production. Pipe is drawn and made of alloy CuCrZr, which suppresses deterioration of mechanical strength and, in particular, coarsening of crystal grains even in temperature zone of solubilizing treatment. Thus pipe provides good qualities at high-temperature soldering. Pipe production method includes a solubilizing heating stage and holding of tubular extruded material at a solubilizing temperature of 900 °C or larger and then hardening with tubular extruded material. Stages of the method includes a set of operations, including a stage of drawing extruded tubular material and a stage of intermediate annealing with heating at annealing temperature and then hardening of the material subjected to drawing by water. Further, a step of adjusting further drawing of material subjected to drawing, and installation of average grain size of crystals in vertical cross-section along axis, as well as in horizontal cross section, orthogonal to axis. Mean grain size of crystals of vertical cross-section and horizontal cross-section are set to 100 mcm or more. Annealing temperature is set to 900 °C or more after the solubilizing step.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by using group of inventions is to provide high energy efficiency for powerful generators and pipelines of heat exchange device at high temperatures.
