FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adhesive industry and can be used for gluing polymer composite materials, layered and honeycomb structures, sandwich panels, for joining metals. Epoxy adhesive binder includes components at the following ratio, wt%: 22.0–25.0 of polyfunctional epoxy resin; 18.0–22.0 of difunctional epoxy resin; 8.0–14.0 of polyaryl sulphone; 4.0–8.0 of polyether sulphone; 2.0–7.0 paste of latent curing agent of dicyandiamide; 9.9–16.5 of aromatic diamine hardener; 19.0–24.0 of rubber-containing component consisting of rubber nanoparticles of "core-shell" type, distributed in epispide resin based on bisphenol A. Film glue includes a technological substrate in the form of paper with an anti-adhesion coating and a layer of epoxy adhesive binder deposited on it. Adhesive prepreg includes a carbon fiber fabric and a layer of epoxy adhesive binder applied thereon.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the adhesive binding agent technological viability at storage temperature of 25 °C due to reduction of viscosity growth rate during storage and increase of critical stress intensity factor for improvement of crack resistance of cured adhesive binder.
