FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of epoxy binders for heat-resistant polymer composite materials based on fibrous fillers, which can be used in aviation, rocket science, car, shipbuilding industries and other branches of technology. An epoxy binder is proposed, including, wt.%: epoxy polyfunctional resin (50.8-66.7), latent amine curing agent (6.9-13.2), polyester sulfone thermoplastic (2.5-6.1), epoxy resin based on bisphenol A with a molecular weight from 340 to 540 (17.6-36.2). Prepreg including the specified epoxy binder and a product obtained by vacuum of autoclave molding of prepreg are also proposed.
EFFECT: epoxy binder and prepregs based on it have increased processability and viability, allow for the formation of heat-resistant polymer composite materials with low porosity indicators and high strength.
