System (100, 200) for biological sample (S) processing, being biopsy, containing sample holder (110, 210) and at least one additional component (120, 130, 150), the sample holder comprising tubular element (111, 211), wherein tubular element (111, 211) comprises a wall which is at least partially made of a transparent material, and each of said at least one additional component (120, 130, 150) has guide (123, 132, 232, 152), which can be connected to at least part of tubular member (111, 211) of sample holder (110, 210), characterized in that tubular element (111, 211) comprises a region where the wall is permeable for reagents.
EFFECT: technical result is simplified design.
