FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: sampler (1) comprises chamber (2) for sample (3) of fused metal. Sampler comprises at least one lower cooling case (6), at least one upper cooling case (8), at least one inner cooling case (7) and at least one part to be filled. Sample chamber (2) is surrounded by at least lower cooling case (6 and inner cooling case (7) to make sample chamber (2) be cooled by at least lower and inner cooling cases (6, 7). Note here that one part to be filled is communicated with sample chamber (2) via filling opening (5a) while every cooling cases (6, 7, 8) has outer surface (7a, 8a). Sampler (1, 1a) has at least one gap (11) for at least one gas flow located between outer surface (7a) of said inner cooling case (7) and outer surface (8a) of upper cooling case (8) opposite the former. Note here that volume of appropriate cooling case (6, 7, 8) larger than that of said gap (11). Note also that one of said case has at least one vent hole (16). Vent hole (16) can be stopped by at least one closing/opening means, preferably, a membrane (17) that can be opened. Note here that said closing means opens in or after filling the sample chamber (2) with fused metal.
EFFECT: ruled out reaction of sample owing to sample high-rate cooling.
