FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to heat exchange equipment operating under boiling and condensation conditions of working media, and can be used in installations of low-temperature air separation. Rectification unit of low-temperature air separation plant, containing lower rectification column and upper rectification column with built-in condenser-evaporator, made of pipes with external capillary-porous coating with optimized geometry, wherein condenser-evaporator is made as vertical device with one or several heat exchange elements of twisted or straight-pipe structure. Each heat exchange element has external cylindrical shell to ensure reliable circulation of boiling liquid in inter-tube space.
EFFECT: assurance of reliability of the unit for rectification of the air separation plant due to optimization of its design at operation in the mode of increased heat loads, reduction of metal consumption of the apparatus and power consumption for obtaining of clean air separation products.
