FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for retention of wire in heat treatment furnace. Proposed device comprises vertical bearing post rigidly fixed at the center of the base and coils put on it in one or several tiers. Each coil is equipped with vertical ridges with smooth radial teeth uniformly distributed along outer surface of its drum, which are attached to it along generating lines, which serve as supports of wire coils and limit their outer diameter. Between the ridges on the drum surface rods are fixed, which form internal coils of wire, and between which through holes are made. Teeth of ridges of each coil are arranged in parallel horizontal planes at distances equal to diameter of heat-treated wire with possibility of winding of single-layer flat spirals between them. Gaps between spirals correspond to thickness of teeth and contain 6–8 ring sector cavities in number of ridges with possibility of arrangement in one of them of transition connecting coil of adjacent spirals of wire from outer to inner diameters. Vertical ridges attached to drums of coils are made replaceable, distances between teeth in which correspond to diameter of heat-treated wire.
EFFECT: increased yield of product, reduced duration of total heat treatment cycle time and equalization of temperature along wire section.
