METHOD OF PREPARING META-SILICATE SITALLINE MIXTURE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C03B1/00

Abstract RU 2687014 C1

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the preparation of a metasilicate sitall mixture. First, determine the chemical composition of the main source of raw materials and the ratio of chemical elements in it, including amphoteric Fe+3, Al+3, in different structural positions of chain silicates. Analyze the chemical composition of the main source of raw materials, using the formula M2M1(R2O6) for chained pyroxene sitalls, where is m2 – oxides of cations K2O + Na2O + Li2O + CaO + FeO; M1 – Al2O3 + Fe2O3 + TiO2; (R2O6) – SiO2 + TiO2 + Al2O3 + Fe2O3. Taking into account the analysis of the main source of raw materials and the ratio of oxides included in the value of the modulus of acidity-basicity Ma, determined by the formula: , where Δ(Al2O3 + Fe2O3) – the number of amphoteric oxides in the octahedral sublattice of metasilicates Mi, equal to the sum of molecular quantities (Na,K)2O+0.5[CaO-(MgO + FeO)], carry out the selection and quantity of additives for the main source of raw materials. According to the obtained oxide content, the amount of the required main feedstock and the amount of necessary additives are calculated, after which the indicated components are crushed and mixed in the required amount.

EFFECT: technical result – obtaining a stable composition of the required components of the mixture for the production of metasilicate glass-ceramic materials, depending on the specified combinations of properties of the glass.
