FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of obtaining basaltic materials with given application properties. Method of optimising composition of basaltic materials involves crushing initial basalt rock to particle size of 0-20 mm, leaching with 5-40% orthophosphoric acid at 20-100°C for 1-3 hours, separating the solid phase and drying. Leaching is carried out in ratio of liquid phase to solid phase equal to (50-70):1.Complex multiversion optimisation of composition of material of a separate deposit is achieved by regulating leaching conditions and a single-component mixture with required coefficient of acidity is obtained for production of different types of basaltic articles and valuable components are simultaneously extracted.
EFFECT: method excludes the additional charging process and enables creation of a resource and energy saving technique for optimising composition of basaltic material.
