SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery. That is ensured by a discectomy under microscopic imaging. Resection is performed through interlaminar approach, through which electronic neurosurgical microscope and manipulator are introduced. At the same time destruction of arches of adjacent vertebrae, a segment of yellow ligament and hernial disc component is performed with the help of radio-wave high-frequency surgical apparatus. Arcs are dissected by ball waveguide in intermittent-spark wave mode at frequency 4.0 MHz with power 40 W. Disclosed portion of yellow ligament is formed by pointed waveguide in mode of fully straightened filtered waveform at frequency 4.0 MHz with power 120 W. Destruction of hernial disc component is carried out by ball waveguide in mode of fully straightened wave at frequency 4.0 MHz with power 80 W. Surgical site is washed under endoscopic control with mixture of 0.05 % aqueous solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate and 3 % aqueous solution of novocaine in equal proportions with subsequent single irrigations of the region of the released nerve root 0.5 ml with 0.1 % aqueous solution of mometasone furoate.
EFFECT: invention can be used for surgical treatment of intervertebral disk hernia.
