FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to vertebrology in treatment of monosegmental stenosis of lumbar spine. By means of endoscopic equipment and set of microsurgical instruments designed for Destando microdiscectomy, local resection of edge bone and arthrosis enlargements on the course of nerve root location in spinal canal up to entrance of nerve root into intervertebral hole is realised. After exposure of lateral edge of dural sac and nerve root, mobilisation of the latter is carried out without opening posterior longitudinal ligament.
EFFECT: method allows to eliminate root pain syndrome.
