FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical body 1 with axial loading and tangential unloading devices. Discs 4 and 5 with rigidly fixed rows of impact elements 6 and 7, each of which is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite disc, are arranged in cylindrical housing 1 with the possibility of counter rotation. Discs 4 and 5 are located vertically. Axial loading device is made in the form of two hollow horizontal auger shafts 2 rigidly connected with discs 4 and 5. Corresponding hollow cylinders 8 and 9 are coaxially and rigidly attached to working surface of each disc 4, 5. Along the entire height of hollow cylinders 8 and 9 on their inner surface and on the working surface of disks 4 and 5 in two planes of symmetry radial blades 10 are rigidly fixed. Distance from rotational axis of disks 4 and 5 to radial blades 10 is equal to inner radius of auger shaft 2. Boundaries in plane of radial blades 10 are rigidly fixed with baffles 11 in the form of a square with side corresponding to dmax, wherein clearance between ends of hollow cylinders 8 and 9 of two discs 4 and 5 is more than 2dmax, where dmax is maximum size of ground particles.
EFFECT: disintegrator increases efficiency of grinding process and efficiency of finished class of ground material due to collision of material particles coming out of hollow cylinders with baffles before impact elements of first inner row.
