FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing 1 with axial loading and tangential unloading devices. The body has a possibility of counter-rotating wheels 4 and 5 are rigidly attached to the impact elements in rows 6 and 7, each of which is disposed between the opposing rows of impact elements disc. Disks 4 and 5 are arranged vertically. The axial loading device is in the form of two hollow horizontal screw shafts 2, fixedly connected to the disks 4 and 5. To the working surface of each disc 4, 5, the corresponding hollow cylinders 8 and 9 are coaxially and rigidly fixed. Inside the hollow cylinders 8 and 9, the radial accelerating blades 10 are rigidly fixed to the working surface of the discs 4 and 5. The distance between the ends of the hollow cylinders 8 and 9 is greater than 2dMax, where dMax - maximum size of crushed particles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding and productivity of the finished class of grinded material.
