FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of various materials and can be used in production of construction materials. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical housing (1) with axial (2) loading and tangential (3) unloading devices. Vertical disks (4,5) with rigidly fixed on them rows of impact elements, respectively (6,7), each of which is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite disc, are arranged in cylindrical housing (1) with possibility of counter rotation. Axial loading device (2) is made in the form of two hollow horizontal screw shafts rigidly connected with disks. Additional working volumes (8) are formed between inner vertical surface of cylindrical housing (1) and disks (4,5). Each of additional working volumes (8) is limited by radial ribs (9,10), rigidly fixed on external surface of disks (4,5) and on inner vertical surface of cylindrical housing (1), respectively. Ends of hollow horizontal screw shafts are rigidly connected with disks (4,5) by means of perforated bushings (11). Conical holes (12) of perforated bushings (11) are interconnected by larger bases with additional working volumes (8). Gap between tops of radial ribs (9,10) is more than 2dmax, where dmax is maximum particle size of the ready product. Between external ends of radial ribs (10) on inner vertical surface of cylindrical housing (1) and its internal cylindrical surface cylindrical rings (13) with cross section in form of rectangular trapezium are rigidly fixed. Inclined side of rectangular trapezoid connects extreme point on top of radial rib (10) and inner edge of hole of tangential unloading device (3).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the grinding process and efficiency of the ready class of the ground material due to selective action on the material.
