FIELD: material grinding.

SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding and mixing various components, used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The disintegrator contains cylindrical body 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In cylindrical body 1, disks 4 and 5 are placed and adapted for counter rotation, with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 rigidly fixed on them, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disk. In the center of the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4, a vertical truncated hollow cone 8 is rigidly fixed by the smaller base 9, the inner diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the loading device 2. Straight blades 10 symmetrically located relative to the center are rigidly attached to the inner surface of the vertical truncated hollow cone 8, in which horizontal cutouts 11 are made, the vertical step between which exceeds 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. On the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5, a conical base 12 is rigidly fixed, to the generating surface 13 of which, parallel to the straight blades 10, with a technological gap, rows of horizontal hammers 14 are rigidly attached, evenly spaced along concentric circles. The outer profile of the horizontal hammers 14 is located in the horizontal cutouts 11 of the straight blades 10 with a technological gap. In the lower part of the conical base 12 on the lower horizontal disk 5, spreading radial blades 15 are rigidly fixed, the vertical distance from the upper edges of which to the lower end of the vertical truncated hollow cone 8 exceeds 2Dmax. The inclination angle a of the generatrix of the surface 13 of the conical base 12 to the horizon exceeds the angle b of the natural slope of the material.
