FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a biotechnological composite material having antimicrobial action, comprising synthesis of a composite material consisting of mixing silver nanoparticles with zero valence and a nanoparticle stabilizer, maintaining temperature and ultrasound, depositing composite material, filtering, washing the residue and drying. Nanoparticle stabilizer used is Taunit graphene oxide in the form of an aqueous suspension, and synthesis of the composite material is carried out by mixing an aqueous suspension of graphene oxide "Taunit" with an aqueous suspension of silver nanoparticles with zero valence, in form of colloidal silver concentrate KND-S-K 1 % (10,000 mg/dm3), in amount of 0.3 to 1.5 volumes per 1 volume of aqueous suspension of graphene oxide "Taunit" at temperature of 20–40 °C and exposure to ultrasound for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: simplification of technology, reduction of costs for fabrication of composite material and high reproducibility of its properties.
