FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in biotechnology and medicine for making preparations suppressing vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms. To obtain nanomaterial with antimicrobial properties based on graphene oxide and silver oxide and copper (II) oxide, nanoparticles of silver oxide and copper (II) oxide are alternately introduced into an aqueous suspension of graphene oxide in following ratio of components, wt. %: graphene oxide 2–6, silver oxide nanoparticles 4–8, copper (II) oxide nanoparticles 8–16, distilled water is the rest. Process is carried out at temperature of 40–45 °C and exposure to ultrasound for 6 hours.

EFFECT: invention simplifies technology, reduces costs for production of nanomaterial and improves reproducibility of its properties.
