FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: use for production of gas sensors and gas analytical multisensor rulers of chemoresistive type. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the gas analytical multisensor chip based on aminated graphene, modified with nanoparticles of hydroxides and nickel oxides, includes a dielectric substrate, on which a two-segment layer of gas-sensitive material is formed from nanocomposites based on aminated graphene with immobilized nanoparticles of nickel (II) hydroxide Ni(OH)2 and nickel (II, III) oxide Ni3O4 with particle size from 5 nm to 20 nm and distance between nanoparticles and their clusters from 5 nm to 50 nm with variable layer thickness from 5 nm to 200 nm.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the sensitivity and selectivity of detecting gases without the need to heat the gas-sensitive layer.
