FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of powder from dense and spherically formed cermet granules. Method includes formation of spherically formed granules containing metal, solid components and organic binder, mixing said granules with sintering inhibitor powder, loading mixture into furnace chamber, heat treatment of mixture at sintering temperature with removal of organic binder from spherically formed granules, sintering solid constituent parts with metal in each spherically formed granule and forming a mixture of sintered dense spherically formed granules and powder of sintering inhibitor, unloading the mixture from the furnace chamber and separating the sinter inhibitor powder from the sintered dense spherically formed cermet granules, wherein the sintering inhibitor powder contains carbon.
EFFECT: higher quality of components produced by additive production from powder.
