FIELD: waste processing and disposal.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial and domestic wastes processing and can be used for dry cleaning of flue gases from acid components of chemisorption methods in processes of thermal deactivation of industrial and domestic wastes. Unit for cleaning flue gas from acidic components comprises a series-connected hollow nozzle scrubber with an inlet for atmospheric air, a dry sorption reactor and a sleeve filter. Dry sorption reactor includes a hollow perforated rotor with a nozzle made of ceramic balls. Besides, sleeve filter accumulator hopper is connected with dry sorption reactor outlet gas duct by sorbent transportation means – screw feeder for its recirculation. Sleeve filter is equipped with compressed air reciprocating cleaning device.

EFFECT: invention eliminates the need to create a sorbent vibrofluidized layer, which provides practical absence of requirements for granulometric composition of chemical reagent, reduce abrasive load due to low rate of flue gases with solid particles in gas cleaning system, exclude energy costs for creation of vibrofluidized layer and recirculation of reagent, mechanical grinding of large pieces of reagent in working zone of dry sorption reactor.
