FIELD: purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of purification of direct smoke emissions of metallurgical enterprises, pyrolysis furnaces for solid household waste, boiler rooms operating on coal, peat, and fuel oil, and utilization of heat energy of smoke. A smoke filter consists of sequentially connected by means of a bell a heat exchanger-soot collector with heat-removable plates and a self-purifying backfilling block with a rotating cylinder filled with bulk filtering material. In the heat exchanger, there are scraper nozzles for purification of plates from soot, and, on an inner perforated surface of a cylinder shell, blades are concentrically located, forming a movable filtering layer, purification of which is performed due to continuous gravitational filling and backfilling of granules.
EFFECT: invention provides a high speed of a flue gas flow and quality smoke purification to a level of sleeve filters and scrubbers, at a temperature of up to 1200°C and any concentration of impurities, utilizing releasing heat energy of smoke; a structure has small dimensions and allows for reduction in operational costs to the minimum.
