SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dashed structures on non-flat working surfaces with a large deflection needle and can be used, for example, in making diffraction gratings. Dividing machine comprises bed with separating carriage with drive of its displacement and position sensor of division carriage and cutter carriage made in form of pendulum, with its displacement drive, made with possibility to provide angular self-oscillations of the cutter carriage relative to its axis, which is fixed on rotation supports located on the frame, device for forming a stroke in the form of a laser head located on the cutter carriage, and a control unit for said drives and a device for forming a stroke.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides more accurate and qualitative production of diffraction gratings on non-planar working surfaces.
