SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used both in military field conditions, and in daily life for emergency haemorrhage from upper and/or lower extremity wounds. Haemostatic device comprises an elastic belt, a retainer designed to attach an elastic belt, and clamps. Retainer is equipped with tensioner. On the elastic belt there are two button clamps, each of which consists of a cylinder with holes, a piston passing through the cylinder, side teeth, springs of side teeth, buttons for easing a clamp and a sterile platform of dense material with a sticker soldered to the piston. Side teeth are made with possibility of downward movement when pressing the clamp piston and fixing in the cylinder holes, and the clamp easing button – with the possibility to return the piston into the initial position.

EFFECT: invention provides an emergency haemorrhage of the upper and lower extremity wounds without clamping the surrounding tissues and intact main vessels.
