SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular - to haemostatic devices. Claimed is tampon, in which pneumatic elastic chamber with pneumatic balloon and valve of pressure relief on entire perimeter in order to ensure reliable fixation of pneumotampon on any part of body in combination with simplicity of application directly due to reliable fixation of tampon above wound, creation of sufficient pressure by tampon in wound region for stopping bleeding without stopping blood circulation has rigid flat lining, by which is fixed in bed of reciprocal shape clasp of fixation means, which has through cut, through which fixing belt is passed in movable manner. On external surface of chamber there is a hollow in which by means of projection which repeats the hollow fixed is tampon selected individually for each wound.

EFFECT: obtaining haemostatic device.
