SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, specifically to haemostats. A pneumatic tampon contains a pneumatic chamber made of an elastic material and a restraint. The pneumatic chamber is disk-like and integrated with a compact, flat elastic ring all around; it is placed in a responsively shaped buckle bed and fixed therein by an elastic ring. The buckle comprise a valve connected with the pneumatic chamber. The pneumatic tampon buckle on any body part is movable on the belt.

EFFECT: invention provides hemostasis and long-term environment isolation of the localised injured body regions being anatomically disintegrated and structurally ruptured with uncovering the underlying structures, with no disturbed circulation in extremity and trunk segments.
