FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies and facilities for rapid cleaning of roadways of extended highways during snowfall or rain. Groups of laser emitters are arranged across the roadway, at the same time providing their elevation above its level, which does not prevent movement of vehicles. Groups of laser emitters are placed on adjacent boundaries of sections of highway. Lengths of these sections and the power capabilities of the laser emitters in the groups are selected based on the condition of ensuring, on the entire length of each section of the motorway, the energy effect from the laser emitters on the road surface sufficient for complete removal of snow or moisture from the surface of the roadway.
EFFECT: possibility of cleaning the entire highway simultaneously and immediately when moisture or snow appears on it.
