FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment and can be used in field of sports, physical education and rehabilitation medicine. Proposed device for monitoring general-purpose exercise techniques comprises a crossbar on which two bars and clamp are arranged. At that, bars are installed in one plane perpendicular to crossbar and symmetrically relative to its center by means of fasteners with possibility of movement both along axis of crossbar, and along own axes. Besides, the fasteners are provided with fixtures. Clamp is movably installed in the middle of the crossbar by means of a clamp with a rotary bracket, which provide simultaneous rotation of the clamp about its own axis and axis of the crossbar. Clamp has a stopper. On one end of both rods there is a soft tip, and crossbar and rods are equipped with soft coating.
EFFECT: higher training effect on the organism of the person practicing general development exercises control, and universality of application.
