SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators which offer resistance to movement of arms, legs or torso, and can be used in sports and health-related facilities for the training of athletes, as well as in the rehabilitation process of athletes after injuries, by working of one muscle against another or work of the trainee against the weight of its own body. The result is achieved due to the fact that the simulator comprises two anchors, two single units, one inelastic tape, two carbines, two flexible handles.

EFFECT: implementation of the easily modified simulator made with the ability to mount to a variety of structures, which enables to adjust the width of the gripping of the trainee for setting the desired operating angle at different work of muscles of arms, legs or torso to set the required mechanical characteristics of competitive movements in the development of maximum power and ensuring the principle of variability of the biomechanical structure of the motor action.
