SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. A horizontal incision is made in the mucous membrane of the vestibule of the oral cavity within the keratinized gums on the lower jaw with the formation of a mucous flap. The mucous flap is exfoliated from the line of the horizontal incision in the lingual direction with the capture of the alveolar ridge. A collagen membrane of the brand "Collost" is applied to the formed open area. Then, a mucous flap is placed on top of the membrane and the free edge of the mucous flap is sutured to the periosteum. Either the membrane of the brand "Collost" is applied to the inner lining of the mucous flap. After that, the resulting flap is placed and sutured to the periosteum.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to exclude flap displacement from a new apically-displaced position, to improve the quality of deepening of the vestibule of the oral cavity in patients with a complete absence of teeth in the lower jaw.
