SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in vestibuloplasty. Horizontal cut is performed along the border of the mucosal gingival junction to the periosteum. Mucosa is split and apically moved. Fluctuant mucus membrane is fixed at a new depth of the vestibule with a resorbed suture material. Remnants of muscle fibers are removed in the area of the wound surface. Collagen matrix is simulated, laid on the periosteum and fixed with a non-resorbable thread. Wherein in the area of the wound surface, on the vestibular side, at least two micro-screws are installed. On micro-screws, with the help of a fluid restorative material, globular heads are formed, after the micro-screws are further fastened with a splinter tape, onto which the composite fluid material is applied and its photopolymerization is carried out.

EFFECT: method provides the increased efficiency of vestibuloplasty, maintained created depth of the vestibule of the oral cavity, reduced risk of necrosis.
