FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Exoskeleton of endosurgeon comprises outer frame of limbs with elbow joint. Each outer frame consists of a shoulder element and a shoulder module made elongated. Shoulder elements are connected by means of a hinge with one end to the support for attachment to the plate with holes, which can be attached to the waistcoat, and by other end by means of hinge with shoulder module. A shoulder module consists of a proximal and a distal assembly connected by an upper and lower detachable planks with the possibility of selection for anatomical adaptation and equipped with hooks for fixation of elastic elements. An elbow joint is made in the form of an L-shaped element, by one end rigidly connected to a distal unit of the shoulder module, and free end – with supporting elbow of surgeon device. Supporting elbow of surgeon device is made in the form of support element for elbow, fixed on U-shaped bracket, installed with possibility of rotation on upper end of post, lower end of which is connected with possibility of rotation in free end of L-shaped element.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to facilitate the surgeon's work by eliminating hand tremor in long-term operations and reducing the load on the spine and upper extremity belt with prolonged static postures.
