FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgeon exoskeletons. Exoskeleton contains external frames for extremities. Each external frame consists of shoulder support (4), modules of a shoulder and a forearm, an elbow joint and a supporting accessory. Shoulder support, moduli of shoulder and forearm are oblong. Shoulder support is equipped with support (1) for attachment of outer frame. Forearm module is connected to the shoulder module by means of elbow joint (12) with possibility of movement in the horizontal plane. Forearm module is connected with support device. Shoulder module consists of proximal (8) and distal (9) units equipped with hooks (13, 14) for attachment of elastic elements and connected by upper (10) and lower (11) detachable planks with possibility of selection for anatomical adaptation. Support device is detachable and consists of L-shaped bracket (15) and support element (17). Horizontally arranged element of L-shaped bracket is equipped with rigidly fixed magnet (16). Support element has a concave support surface and is equipped with a rigidly fixed magnet (18) for interaction with the L-shaped bracket magnet. Vertically arranged element of the L-shaped bracket is installed by means of a slot with the possibility of movement and fixation relative to the forearm module made in the form of plank (19) connected by the proximal unit by means of a hinge with the distal unit of the shoulder module. Plank is spring loaded by elastic element (20), one end of which is connected to proximal unit of forearm module, and the other end is connected with free end of forearm module strap. Removable straps of shoulder module are arc-shaped with rounded ends and are installed with concave side towards each other.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of eliminating hand tremor during long-term operations, while preserving the neurosurgeon's sterile hands.
