FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of mechanical mixtures. Method of processing mechanical mixtures using vortex complex of deep separation consists in that compressed air from blower (fan, compressor, etc.) is supplied to swirler of main process line, in which air vortex flow is created and at the same time rarefaction, which is supplied via flexible hose to mechanical mixture mass to be processed, into which mixture to be processed is drawn. Flexible hose feeds the mixture into the swirler vortex tube, where it is involved in the process of separation of the mixture components according to their density. Method involves processing of mechanical mixtures using vortex effect of confusor, series-cascade connection of main process line and additional lines, separators-confusers, cyclones-confusors, overpasses with air separators, overpass with ejector, for repeated use of waste air, which create technical conditions for continuous technological process from loading into vortex chamber of mechanical mixture, its processing, movement of re-finished products, packaging of finished products.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in processing efficiency.
