SUBSTANCE: method for extinguishing fire by a cyclone fire extinguisher using the vortex effect of a reducer made in form of an attachment on the barrel of a fire hose from two cyclone-reducers located coaxially, or in form of a mobile unit, the angle of location of the axis of the barrel of the fire hose with the axis of the cyclone fire extinguisher must be adjustable. The method consists in the fact that in the process of tangential movement of water from the fire hose to the cyclone fire extinguisher in cyclone-reducers of the cyclone fire extinguisher, a main and an opposite vortices are formed, with axial, peripheral layers. When the cyclone fire extinguisher is brought to the fire source in the rarefied space of the second, following the movement of the water stream, cyclone-reducer of the cyclone fire extinguisher, the flame is drawn along with unburned ash particles of non-combustible materials, non-combustible gases, heating to a boil the water inflown from the first, following the movement of the water stream, cyclone-reducer to the second cyclone-reducer. Steam and unburned particles are mixed with the water of the counter vortex of the second cyclone-reducer, forming an aerosol mixture moving along the separation structure into the flow of the counter vortex from the first cyclone-reducer, mixing with the water of the counter vortex flow, the resulting mixture is then sent to cover the fire source in order to extinguish fire.

EFFECT: technical result is improved technology of fire extinguishing with a cyclone fire extinguisher using vortex effect.
