FIELD: water and air purification technology.

SUBSTANCE: method for purification from mechanical contamination with oil, oil products, other admixtures of surface and bottom layers of water bodies, using vortex equipment: swirlers, vortex tubes, separators-confusors, cyclones-confuser, as well as floating vehicles, overpasses, storage tanks. Method consists in successive separation of surface layers of contaminated water of water object, hydrodrill crushing bottom layers, subsequent separation of mechanical mixture formed at that to required concentration and required combination of components in it, simultaneous enrichment of the semi-finished products and their separation into specific materials and substances used in practical activity, in transportation of these materials and substances to packing places for further implementation or ecologically safe utilization. Method can be implemented by independent, operating jointly or independently from each other process complexes, using separators-confusers, cyclones-confusors: VTC-S is a vortex technological complex for cleaning surface layers of a water body and VTK-B – a vortex technological complex for cleaning bottom layers of a water body. Problem is solved by using properties of vortex flows of mechanical mixtures, system application of confuser-separators, cyclones-confuser and creating a new method for complex cleaning from contamination by impurities of surfaces and bottom layers of water objects by forming opposite to main flow, swirled flows of mechanical mixtures and control thereof in space.

EFFECT: invention allows for complex treatment of water reservoirs with simultaneous processing of removed impurities into ready commercial products for implementation or production of technological semi-products for further processing.
