FIELD: sampling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling, preparation and delivery of samples in systems for automatic analytical control of technological processes when enriching mineral raw materials in ferrous, non-ferrous and chemical industries, in water treatment, wastewater treatment, etc., and is used for sampling of liquid samples, pulps and suspensions from tanks, sump pockets, flotation machine pockets, process trays in areas of active flow mixing. Vacuum sampler comprising a vertically arranged housing with inner space for sampling a process stream of liquid or pulp materials, a sampling tube, drain valve, ejector, equipped with control valve for compressed air shutoff, sampler washing line through flushing water supply valve, at that, sampler body in the lower conical part is equipped with a controlled two-way diaphragm valve for changing the direction of sample movement from the process flow into the sampler cavity and subsequent transportation thereof along the transport pipeline through the air separation device to the delivery point, and in the upper part – the vacuum or pressure supply union to the inner cavity of the housing and the supply union through the flushing water control valve, as well as the sampled level sensor with the possibility of its operation delaying by the controller command, wherein air separation device consists of two vertically arranged parts, in upper part of which there is a device for converting a structure of a pulp plug moving along a transport pipeline under the action of compressed air, made in the form of a diffuser and located inside its axis of a conic splitter with the possibility of adjusting the gap between them, which ensures unobstructed passage of the input flow, and located below diffuser level at acute angle to transporting air discharge branch pipe flow direction, which diameter is larger than the compressed air supply pipe diameter for the sample transportation, and in the lower part – the expansion tank for collecting the entire volume of the delivered sample with the nozzle for discharge of the free flowing flow to the delivery point of the collected sample. Proposed technical solution is designed, manufactured and tested in ZAO TECHNOLINK, St. Petersburg, Russia. Industrial production of proposed design of vacuum sampler does not present difficulties for modern enterprises. Pilot sample of vacuum sampler of liquid samples, pulps and suspensions passes industrial tests to Talnakh concentration plant of Zapolyarny affiliate of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, Norilsk.
EFFECT: technical result of the design is simplification of the design, high representativeity of the sampled sample and reliability of the device, as well as wider range of performed functions – delivery of the collected samples to the required distance to the place of analysis.
