SUBSTANCE: method of purification contains sorption and flotation, at that filtered mixture is supplied under pressure. At initial section of flow motion at first flotation is carried out, and at the further one - simultaneously with flotation adsorption is carried out. Device contains casing with filtering fill, nozzles of filtered mixture supply and drain of purified water. Casing is arranged in the form of vertical shell with top open part and inclined bottom. Drain nozzle is installed in the wall of casing, and supply nozzle - in the wall and/or bottom of casing. Inside casing guide line is installed, which is arranged in the form of hollow element with openings and fixator that communicates to the source of compressed air. In this guide line piston-float equipped with relief nozzles is installed with the possibility of vertical displacement.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of filtered mixture purification from oil products and other contaminants, simplification and improved convenience of device operation with simultaneous reduction of expenses for its technical servicing and operation.
