FIELD: liquids purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of purification of liquids from various impurities and can be used, in particular, for the purification of fire-resistant lubricating oils used for lubricating turbines at thermal power plants (TPP) and nuclear power plants (NPP). The sorption cartridge for cleaning fire-resistant lubricating oils contains a vertical cylindrical body, to the upper end of which the first filter element is attached, and to the lower end - the second filter element with an inlet pipe designed to supply the liquid to be purified. Inside the cylindrical body there is a solid sorbent in the form of granules. An axial-vane swirler is installed in the lower part of the cylindrical body. The first filter element contains two rings with radial elements attached to them evenly along the circumference, between which the first filter mesh is clamped. The second filter element contains one ring with radial elements attached to it evenly along the circumference and a flat cylindrical plate with a hole, between which the second filter mesh is clamped. Sorption apparatus for purification of fire-resistant lubricating oils contains a reservoir, inside which at least one sorption cartridge is installed, the inlet of which is connected to a collector, which is connected to the first pipeline for supplying the liquid to be purified, connected to the pump. The pump is connected to the second pipeline for supplying the liquid to be purified, which is connected to the supply system of the liquid to be purified. The tank is also connected to the pipeline for removal of the liquid to be purified, connected to the supply system of the liquid to be purified.
EFFECT: improving the cleaning efficiency of fire-resistant lubricating oils.
