FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining. Invention relates to hydrotreatment of catalytic cracking gasoline boiling in range from 0 to 235 °C, containing up to 0.1 % sulfur, having octane number according to the research method up to 95, consisting in passing a mixture of catalytic cracking gasoline and hydrogen through the reactor at temperature of 240–320 °C, pressure 1.5–3.0 MPa, volume ratio hydrogen / raw material 150–350 m3/m3, volumetric feed rate 2–10 h-1 in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst containing cobalt, molybdenum and a carrier containing, wt. %: [Co(H2O)2(C6H5O7)]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] 17.4–27.4 %; carrier – balance; wherein the carrier contains, wt. %: aluminum borate Al3BO6 with norbergite structure – 5.0–25.0; sodium – not more than 0.03; amorphous aluminosilicate 30–50; γ-Al2O3 – balance.
EFFECT: obtaining a product for hydrotreatment of catalytic cracking gasoline – a component of marketable gasoline – with sulfur content of not more than 10 ppm with reduction of the octane number of catalytic cracking gasoline by no more than 1½ points according to the research method.
